The Task-related Effects of Encumbrance Methodologies (TEEM) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) project enables analyses of tradeoffs between Soldier burden and benefit in constructive simulation. TSE packaged these methodologies into the TSE Performance Suite™, a product suite used to assess the operational costs of encumbrance more fully.
